i realised somethings okay

[1] Never jog if you didnt do some warm ups
[2] Never make last minutes decisions. It will screw your day
[3] Parents can be really naggy(quite obvious)
[4] Jogging dont make you skinny, more likely make you dehydrate
[5] Taf is FAT spelled backwards, they made it sound nicer by saying "TRIM AND FIT" and there you have it. TAF!
